Eugénie advises international real estate investment funds, institutional investors, industrial groups, developers and sovereign funds in the field of real estate transactions.
Her areas of expertise cover commercial real estate (hotels, retail, logistics, managed residential property, offices, healthcare facilities), tax, public law, environmental law, acquisitions and sales of portfolios and of property companies.
Additionally, Eugénie assists her clients with their real estate bank financing needs as well as with the negotiation of management agreements, particularly in the hotel sector, on behalf of both investors and operators.
With a degree in Common Law and fluent in English, Eugénie is regularly involved in cross-border transactions and represents foreign private clients on residential property sales and acquisitions.
Eugénie holds a superior degree of Notaire, a Master 2 in Notarial Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris I University (year 2009), a Master of Common Law from University College London and a Double Degree in English Law from Panthéon-Assas Paris II University.
